MICS

MADE IN ITALY Circolare e sostenibile

Abstract

MICS is an Extended Partnership aiming to carry out the foundational research to address the challenges in current models of design, production, consumption, as well as the End-of-Life of materials, products, production technologies and processes that are necessary for moving towards greener and circular pathways and patterns. Three main industries, namely Fashion, Furniture and Automation, characterizing the Italian industrial scenario are within the scope of MICS.

The ultimate goal is a future-proof Made in Italy: closed-loop, self-sufficient, self-regenerative, reliable, safe and sustainable from design to production.
