BRAINE project – official kick off event

Abstract

The BRAINE project started on 1st May 2020 and it was officially kicked off from 12 to 14 May during a virtual event in Pisa with the participation of all the partners.

 

 

The overall aim of BRAINE is to boost the development of an Edge Framework, empowered by AI technologies, capable of processing locally Big Data, supporting security, data privacy and sovereignty. In the intention of the participating partners, BRAINE will play a key role in positioning Europe at the forefront of the intelligent Edge Computing field.

The 36-months project comprises leading vendors, vertical industries, and research institutes and universities from 14 European countries.

Italtel is one of the 27 partners of the BRAINE consortium.
